Large Cold Wall Crossover

This 60 inch (1524mm) diameter universal cold wall was shipped this month. It was designed for 45 psig (3.1 barg) at 1450 F (788 C). It had 5 inches (127mm) of castable refractory installed, had two mitered elbows and a 7.0 inches (178mm) of lateral preset which is visible in the photo. A 10" ND 304H nozzle was also installed off the centerline of the downstream elbow.
