Valtech Engineering ships (2) 78.0" cold wall hinge expansion joints

Valtech ships two 78.0" diameter cold wall flue gas expansion joints for Houston area refinery. Part has internal catalyst flow with braid seal for internal liner. 25 psig at 1450 F with 2 ply testable 625 LCF bellows and 0.375" thk A516-70 ducting. Features sealable covers with viewing port, future clamshell ready, thermocouples and full penetration welds to ducting. Refractory lined with THERMBOND FORMULA 12-L and THERMBOND 2125. Bellows was solution annealed in an inert atmosphere.
