Valtech ships two 78.0″ diameter cold wall flue gas expansion joints for Houston area refinery. Part has internal catalyst flow with braid seal for internal liner. 25 psig at 1450 F with 2 ply testable 625 LCF bellows and 0.375″ thk A516-70 ducting. Features sealable covers with viewing port, future clamshell ready, thermocouples and full penetration welds to ducting. Refractory lined with THERMBOND FORMULA 12-L and THERMBOND 2125. Bellows was solution annealed in an inert atmosphere.
