Valtech Engineering builds 82.0″ catalyst line expansion joint

Valtech builds 82.0″ OD hot wall unlined expansion joint for vessel internal sealing. Part has catalyst flow on both sides and has a braid seal for internal liner and external cover along with 304H pantograph hardware. 5 psig at 1400 F with 3 ply testable 321H bellows and 0.375″ thk expanded ducting. Extensive use of E16-8-2 weld wire for low ferrite weld deposit. Bellows was solution annealed and stabilized in an inert atmosphere.
